Star Savior Lacy Build: Best Gear, Skills, and Teams

Why Lacy is the build priority

Lacy is a Ranger with the Chaos attribute, and she is one of the best reroll targets in Star Savior. She lands at S tier and is a cross-mode pick, meaning she earns her spot in both PvE and PvP rather than being a one-mode specialist. For a new account that is exactly what you want from a DPS.

Two things make her so easy to recommend. First, her Chaos attribute hits Light units hard and takes neutral damage from every other attribute, so she never has a bad matchup. Spend your upgrade materials like this:

1. Ultimate (Song of Water and Fire) first, from level 6 up to 8. It is the AoE Entangled Dream applicator that turns on the rest of her kit.
2. Special (Upstream Water Prison) from 3 to 7. This is her main damage hit against afflicted targets.
3. Basic (Ascending Fire Dragon) from 3 to 7.

Get the Ultimate online first so the Entangled Dream uptime is high, then push the Special, since the Special only reaches its full damage against afflicted enemies.

• Set: 4-piece ATK percent + 2-piece Effect Hit is the top recommendation.
• Main stats: Speed on the Necklace, Attack on the Ring.
• Substat priority: Speed > Attack > Crit Rate > Crit Damage > Effect Hit.

The Effect Hit is doing quiet but important work here. It guarantees her Entangled Dream lands, and her whole kit is built on that status sticking.
